DELIVERY POLICY

At Generictoner.com.au, all orders will be delivered using one of the following methods:

  • Australia Post
  • Startrack
  • CouriersPlease

A tracking number will be provided via email after your order is in-transit with delivery carrier. Order status can be tracked at Track Order.

Delivery Costs

We offer FREE DELIVERY Australia-wide on purchases of $49 (Inc. GST) or more. A flat-rate of $4.99 (Inc. GST) will be applied for order total less than $49 (Inc. GST). A surcharge will be incurred for the following locations: Christmas Island, Cocos Island, Norfolk Island and The Australian Antarctic Territory. Please contact us for further shipping details before you place an order.

When you checkout, and before confirming to pay for your order, select one of the eligible delivery options: flat-rate $4.99 or FREE DELIVERY.

Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. Please specify your full street address when placing an order.

Delivery Times

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, unless out of stock. As a general guideline, deliveries to major cities will take 3 to 5 business days. However it could take up to 6 business days or more for regional or remote areas. Deliveries are usually made between 8:00am to 5:30pm on weekdays.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make amendments to the prices or information at any time without prior notice whether to amend typographical errors or adjust out costs based on supplier price changes.

Items Unavailable

If any item on your order is out of stock, resulting in not being able to fulfill your order, we will contact you (via phone or e-mail) as soon as possible within 24 hours. You will have the option to wait for your item to be in-stock or receiving a full refund.

Warranty

We provide 6 months warranty on all of our compatible toner cartridges. Warranty commences from the invoice date. For more detailed information, go to Warranty.

RETURN POLICY

At Generictoner.com.au, we strive to provide the highest level of customer support as much as we can. Before returning your order, please let us know in advance by filling in the Return Authorisation Form below or email us at info@generictoner.com.au. Please provide as much information as you can. We will then evaluate your order.

  • If your order return is valid according to our Return Policy below, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (valid for 14 days from date of issue). It applies to incorrectly ordered or unwanted cartridges, and faulty cartridges.
  • If your order return is not valid according to our Return Policy below, we will inform you of the reason.

Please note, returned products cannot be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number.

Upon inspection and evaluation of the returned product(s), if applicable, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you purchased using Bank Transfer or PayPal account, the balance will be credited to you within 7 business days. If you purchased using PayPal guest checkout the refund can take up to 30 days to show up on your account.

Faulty cartridges:

Please contact us first to ensure and confirm the cartridge is faulty. Please also include the printer you are using, and details of what is happening in order for us to promptly diagnose and troubleshoot the issue. Most issues come from improper installation which can be easily resolved. If the issue still can’t be resolved, your may return the affected faulty cartridges under the following condition:

  • We do not offer credit or refunds for returns where the items are over 6 months old, which is also out of warranty, from the invoice date.
  • Faulty cartridge(s) must have at least 75% full in capacity or we cannot accept them for return.
  • If any cartridge has been tampered with in anyway, the credit will be refused.
  • Once we have received the cartridge(s), we will then evaluate and contact you of the result. This could take up to 7 business days.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the freight charges and insurance associated with the cartridge return and to ensure you have a proof of shipping for the cartridge returned to us. Freight charges and insurance are not refundable. Items that are posted with ‘receiver to pay’ will be rejected by us, leaving the courier responsible for their disposal.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted cartridges:

If you ordered incorrect cartridge(s) or don’t need to use them, you are more than welcome to return them under the following conditions:

  • We will give credits or refunds for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items, where the item(s) purchased is/are less than 30 days old from the invoice date.
  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and free of any shipping labels or marks otherwise credit will be refused. We recommend using different external packaging for shipping to ensure goods returned are in good condition.
  • All incorrectly ordered items or unwanted items returned to generictoner.com.au will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the freight charges and insurance associated with the cartridge return and to ensure you have a proof of delivery for items returned to us. Freight charges and insurance are not refundable. Items that are posted to us with ‘receiver to pay’ will be rejected by us, leaving the courier responsible for their disposal.
  • If we somehow sent you the incorrect items you ordered, it would be an error from our end, therefore you would be entitled for complete full-refund together with your freight-out charges.
