How do I know if my order was received?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. The order acknowledgement will contain your order number and order details. Once your payment has been cleared, and your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Order Complete email along with your order tracking information.
Please enter the details in ORDER TRACKING form above, or alternately, you can log into your account and check your Order History in the My Account section.

Can I make changes to my order?
We try our very best to amend your order – please Contact Us as soon as possible if you require to make changes to your order. However sometimes we process your order as soon as we receive it, in which a delivery has been arranged with the couriers, therefore in such case we cannot cancel or change your order. If you change your mind after placing your order, you may return any items that comply with our Delivery & Return.
