Warranty

Generictoner.com.au warrants that the compatible toner cartridges sold on the website shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the date of invoice. We also warrant that, subject to conditions below and providing cartridges are operated under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to your printer.

If you have any technical question or troubleshooting, regarding the use of a toner cartridge, you are more than welcome to contact us for assistance.

Please contact us for all warranty claims, and provide the following:

• Your invoice (with Order Number);
• Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under warranty;
• Photographic evidence of the defect or damage if applicable;
• Any other details we may require to process your claims.
